How are my items shipped?

Due to the nature of each of our pots being made to order and hand-painted, orders will ship within 2 weeks of the date you placed the order. Items shipped via the standard flat rate service will arrive within 3-10 business days from the ship date. We will e-mail you a tracking number once your order has shipped. For faster rates, please email us at info@popupgreens.com.

Our shipping prices are based on dimensional pricing, aka based on the size of the big ol' boxes that we ship the pots in. We have a very careful packing process to ensure the pots safe delivery.  We like to do our part for the environment, so we recommend recycling the packing materials once you have received.

Shipping Prices

  • .5"- $10
  • 10.75" -$10
  • 13.5"- $15
  • 15.5" -$20
  • 18"- $25

If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest choosing different size pots as the pots can be stacked inside of each other which allows for reduced shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

If your order is damaged upon arrival or there is an obvious quality issue, please contact us right away.  Returns will be taken on a case by case basis.   Because every pot is made to order, we cannot accept returns based on color or design change of mind or size issues. Please read all descriptions carefully before purchase. Please get in touch at info@popupgreens.co to receive a return authorization and to confirm our return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer or on a case by case basis. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once we have received the item(s).

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, shoot us an email and we will do our best to sort it out for you!

What size plants do you suggest for each pot size?

The following measurements are by the pot's diameter across the top of the container.

 7.5": 6" plastic container

10.75": 8"-10" plastic container

13.5" : 10"-12" plastic container

15.5" : 12"-14" plastic container

18" : 14"-17" plastic container

I see there is no drainage hole, what do you suggest I do about water drainage?

We recommend leaving the plant in it's plastic container and placing it inside the pot. We suggest lining a deep plastic saucer (available at most local nurseries) to prevent possible water leakage before you place the plant inside. For the best fit, size down 1-2 sizes from the pot you purchase.  We recommend looking for plants in plastic containers without a lip or rim at the top, this ensures the plastic container doesn't get stuck inside your Pop Up Greens pot if you needed to take it out for any reason. That is what we suggest but if you're in the DIY mood, you can drill a hole in the bottom of the planter and plant directly if preferred.  Keep in mind, changes in the paint finish over time from continuing watering is a possibility because of their hand painted nature.

Can I use my pot inside and outside?

Yes in theory, but to keep their hand painted finish as clean and fresh as possible, we recommend them for indoor usage.   If you do choose to use them outdoors, we suggest them to be kept under a covered patio and out of direct sunlight.

How do I care for my Pop Up Greens pot?

Although we use paint that can hold up to normal handling of the pot, they can still scratch, crack, or chip if not handled carefully. We suggest using a damp cloth to gently wipe any dirt or marks on the pot.  Be careful not to rub too hard as that can alter the paints finish. We recommend leaving the plant in it's plastic container and placing it inside the pot, but you can plant directly if preferred. We suggest lining a shallow plastic saucer (available at most local nurseries) to prevent possible water leakage before you place the plant inside.

I've seen other designs and colors on your Instagram that I am interested in purchasing, how do I do that?

We are currently only offering the designs and colors listed on the site.  We've done a lot of trial and error to figure out which designs works best on the new shape of the pots so some vary from what we have offered before, but we will continue to update the collections offered.  We also would love to hear feedback on what colors or designs you'd like to see offered so don't hesitate to reach out!
